Invisalign Braces in Hampstead, London

Invisalign straightens your teeth using a series of nearly invisible, removable aligners that are custom-made specifically for your teeth.

The aligners work by placing gentle, sustained pressure on specific teeth, moving them slowly into their new position. Invisalign is considered to have revolutionised orthodontic treatment and is an increasingly popular alternative to traditional braces. Our orthodontists use a series of clear aligners to gradually improve your smile throughout the treatment.

To get the best results from Invisalign, you wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours a day and remove them for eating, drinking and brushing. This makes the Invisalign system very convenient; You can enjoy your favourite food, without worrying about your brace. Most patients find the aligners so discreet and comfortable that they often forget they are even there!

Benefits

  • Invisible
Invisalign aligners are almost invisible. Therefore, they allow you to achieve great results with no obvious sign that you are receiving any orthodontic treatment.
  • Removable
Invisalign braces are removable so you’ll find it easy to brush and floss your teeth as normal throughout your treatment.
  • Predictable
The ClinCheck software lets you see how your own personal smile will look at the end of your treatment, before you’ve even started.

Invisalign Full

This is the original Invisalign brace that has helped millions achieve a straighter smile worldwide. It is very discreet, with virtually-undetectable clear aligners that are custom-made.

Invisalign full is the treatment for moderate cases including crowded or crooked teeth, wide spacing, crossbite, deep bite or under bite.

For simpler cases, we may recommend Invisalign Lite or i7, which offer the same benefits as Invisalign full, but with fewer aligners.

For very complex cases we suggest the use of Lingual braces or Traditional/Ceramic braces. Fee£3,950 with interest free payment options available.

Invisalign Lite

Invisalign Lite works in the same way as Invisalign, but uses fewer aligners, making it ideal for treating simpler cases. Treatment is expected to last around 6-8 months with fewer aligners needed to move the teeth into the correct position. Typically Invisalign Lite is used for cases such as mild crowding, small spacing or slightly crooked teeth. Fees from £1,950 with interest free finance options available.

Invisalign i7

Invisalign i7 uses just seven aligners (approximately just 14 weeks of treatment) to straighten up very mild crowding or spacing. It works similarly to Invisalign full using virtually invisible, clear aligners to straighten your teeth. Invisalign i7 uses up to seven removable aligners and in many cases the treatment can be completed in just three months. Fees from £1,500 with 0% finance available.

Invisalign Teen

Given that Invisalign is now a viable alternative to traditional metal braces for many cases, they have created a specific brace just for teenager. Invisalign Teen works in the same way as Invisalign Full, with clear, removable aligners to move the teeth. However, with the ‘Teen’ treatment, blue indicators are present on the aligners to show if they have been worn enough and the treatment is carefully planned to allow space for any adult teeth that still need eruption. Fee £3,900 with monthly payment options available.

Stages of Treatment

Stage One

  • We will first arrange a consultation for you where your Specialist Orthodontist will carry out a thorough assessment. At this appointment your orthodontist will also examine whether Invisalign is the best orthodontic treatment for you. You will always be offered all the options available to correct your smile.

Stage Two

  • Your specialist will take an impression of your teeth and develop a detailed treatment plan. They will also show you a dedicated software called ClinCheck to display the series of movements your teeth are projected to go through over the course of your treatment. This impressive imagery let’s you see how your teeth are expected to look at the end of your Invisalign treatment before it even begins.

Stage Three

  • When you begin your treatment, you will wear each set of custom-made aligners in two-week increments.

As you progress through the series of aligners, your teeth will begin moving, little by little, gradually moving towards the projected final position.
You can expect to see your orthodontist on average, every six to eight weeks for routine adjustments and to monitor your overall progress.

Stage Four

  • The time it takes to complete the treatment varies from person to person. Therefore we will tailor the treatment according to  your needs.
